REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee includes participation at the conference, event materials, lunches and refreshments during the conference.

  • Early Bird (for applications before May 4, 2026.) - 362,50 EUR  (VAT included)
  • Standard application (for applications after Max 4, 2026) - 425,50 EUR (VAT included)
     

Members of Croatian Association for Fire Protection (HUZOP)  have the right to apply under special terms:

  • Early Bird (for applications before May 4, 2026.) - 240,00 EUR
  • Standard application (for applications after Max 4, 2026) - 290,00 EUR


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation of participation by May 2, 2026 is possible with a full refund of the registration fee | For cancellation of participation by May 16, 2026, the refund will be reduced by an administration fee of 60.00 EUR per participant. | For cancellation of participation after May 16, 2026, a refund of the registration fee is not possible.

For participants of the Croatian Fire Safety Forum 2026 we have provided accommodation under special terms:

Price for overnight stay with breakfast included per room and day. Prices include use of the pool area, wi-fi in all hotel facilities.

City tax is not included (2,20 EUR per person per day).
Parking  (25€ per vehicle / per day) is not inculed.

The number of hotel rooms is limited. Hotels are filled in the order of registration.

PAYMENT

Payment of the registration fee can be effected by bank transfer. After you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email and pro forma invoice. When paying by bank transfer, in payment description please enter pro forma invoice number.
The payer bears all bank costs relating to payment. An invoice will be issued for all payments.
