G4S Finland Sale Completes

The sale of the business is part of the group’s on-going review of its portfolio of businesses to enhance its strategic focus and performance management.

G4S Finland is based in Helsinki and employs approximately 1800 people.  In the year to December 2015 it had revenues of approximately £56 million, covering the manned security, cash handling and technology systems markets.
