First CBMTS-Industry series scientific symposium in Croatia was organised in 1998, titled CBMTS Industry I – "Eco Terrorism: Chemical and Biological Warfare Without Chemical and Biological Weapons". During symposium a successful exercise "Kutina '98" was held.The exercise showed possible consequences of the attack on chemical industry which could be greater than if the chemical weapons were used. Movie from this exercise in Croatia - 4 video clips are available here - was used as a starting point for an international discussion.
